Ground floor apartment with terrace.
Equipped kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom. Equipped with two bathrooms with shower (not equipped with bidet). The apartment is recently renovated, equipped to ensure a quality stay in both summer and winter.

Apartments equipped with every modern comfort

The apartments are equipped with fridge, microwave owen, kitchen with pots and cutlery, Smart-TV and free Wi-Fi Internet. Air conditioned for summer and winter. The Smart-TV, in addition to the vision of free Italian TV channels, allows web browsing and the use of multimedia files via external USB devices. The kitchen is equipped with crockery, placemats, cutlery and everything you need to make a holiday in your own home (no traditional owen). Linen and towels are provided, bathroom courtesy service.

During the summer there is a beach service at affiliated facilities (no more than 10 minutes by car) and a large solarium in the gardens / olive grove of the bio-pond. Throughout the year you can relax in the private SPA area or appreciate the traditional cuisine of Cilento made with organic food produced in our family farm (these services require a reservation).

Regulation

• I prezzi si intendono a settimana (da sabato a sabato) per appartamento.
• I prezzi giornalieri nel weekend (venerdì, sabato, domenica) prevedono un sovrapprezzo del 20%.
• Check-in è alle 12:00
• We ask guests to check-out by 10am on the day of departure.
• All’arrivo andrà versata una cauzione di € 200 che verrà rimborsata salvo danni e/o mancanze.
• Non è consentito introdurre animali di qualsiasi taglia e specie.
• Non è consentito fumare negli appartamenti.
• Non è consentito ospitare la notte persone non registrate o eccedenti la capienza max. degli appartamenti (4 persone).
